Your Tasks

Tasks:

  • Support in Recruitment Processes:
    • Assist in posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Participate in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
    • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date.

 

  • Manage Onboarding of New Employees:
    • Coordinate various aspects of new employee onboarding such as start dates, documentation, etc.
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on the onboarding process for new employees.
    • Arrange equipment, permissions, and user access for new employees.

 

  • Document and File Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and contractual documentation.
    • Manage and archive employee-related documents (contracts, forms, evaluations, etc.).
    • Prepare necessary documentation for new employees (offers, contracts, etc.).
    • Manage employee training documentation with different providers.

 

  • Collect and Analyze HR Metrics:
    • Time to fill
    • Time to hire
    • Turnover

Your Profile

Required studies and competences:

  • Possibility to sign a collaboration agreement with a study center.
  • Studying a Bachelor's program in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources in a tech driven company preferably a start-up would be plus.
  • Conversational English language mandatory.

Tasks:

  • You will implement valuable functionality aligned with the product strategy and bring your technical expertise to develop the best possible solution - guided by clean code principles
  • You'll work with us to develop our order management and supply chain strategy by implementing components such as intelligent delivery promise, order fulfillment, and sourcing algorithms
  • With your team, you make architectural decisions to ensure high levels of service performance, robustness, and maintainability

Your Profile

Required studies and competences:

  • You have a degree in computer science or a related field and/or several years of work experience as a Software Engineer
  • You have built and operated an application at scale in production in the past, preferably in the area of e-commerce
  • You have a profound knowledge and practical expertise with object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java or Kotlin, as well as web frameworks like Spring or Quarkus
  • You have hands-on experience using NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases.
  • You feel comfortable operating a mission critical service under high traffic in a cloud environment using Kubernetes and know how to monitor it using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus; experience with GCP is beneficial
  • You know deeply how to design APIs and how to integrate microservices via REST in a fault-tolerant way and how to decouple them using an event-driven approach, e.g., Kafka
  • You are familiar with common design patterns, domain-driven design as well as different testing strategies, in general, you have a high level of quality awareness

We are looking for a senior project manager who has strong experience in cross-functional deployment of digital products. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the deployment and delivery of digital products, ensuring they meet the client's business objectives in terms of timing, quality, scope, and budget. The candidate will join the Media & Internet Area (MIA) of i2CAT, which is composed of over 14 experienced researchers and engineers in the fields of distributed and interactive multimedia systems and media processing, and is involved in relevant R&I projects with the European and national ecosystems, in close collaboration with key players from academia and industry.

This area is seeking a senior researcher / technical team lead to co-lead a research line on AI driven 3D video and image processing, such AI and neural based 3D video reconstruction and rendering (NeRF), video enhancement (supersampling, re-lighting). The candidate will be in charge of guiding a team of researchers and developers for the delivery of the outcomes of the aforementioned research line, providing tangible results as prototypes, validated functions and services and integrated solutions

  • Facilitate technical communication with customers, offering detailed product insights, resolving service-related issues, and maintaining customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with both development and product management teams to cater to customers' specific requirements and relay crucial insights garnered from their perspectives.
  • Contribute to sales expansion endeavors by identifying growth avenues, working towards surpassing sales targets, and ensuring the alignment of solutions with customer needs.
  • Pre-sales Involvement: Support developers at varying skill levels, providing comprehensive technical assistance, and overseeing seamless integrations for our products.
  • Post-sales Responsibility: Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt solution delivery, suggesting improvements, and enhancing the overall developer support framework.

  • Salary: 40k EUR to 50k EUR gross annually + bonus.
  • Possibility of working full remote or going to the offices in Barcelona.

Job description

Hinojosa Graduates Program 2024 is the second edition of an international professional development program to be a leader of the future within one of the leading European companies in the packaging sector.

The program will begin in April 2024, this is when your path to training and working to be a future leader within Hinojosa will begin. In the first mission you will have to develop and lead a project within one of Hinojosa's industrial plants. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and commitment, as well as your leadership skills. Furthermore, during these months you will receive an entire training and development program in processes, products, technologies, as well as management skills and competencies. A true master's degree for you!

Once this period has passed, you will occupy a position in one of the group's plants (Spain, France or Portugal), this will be the first part of the itinerary to be a future leader within the company.

  • Conducting comprehensive monitoring and load testing on entire system stacks, networks, and services to identify and resolve performance-related issues, thereby enhancing infrastructure performance.
  • Overseeing a considerable global server network of different servers in a hybrid infrastructure across various locations.
  • Exploring and applying AI technologies to optimize different DevOps procedures.
